Im writing this letter on behalf of someone I consider a friend 

and honest person, Fernando Sandoval. I have know Fernando 

for about fifteen years. I had met him through his on-line ad on 

Craigslist. I had hired another company to build a more 

complicated deck on my hillside. It became clear this first

company was not up to the task.

Fernando came over and solve every issue the last folks could

not. During this time, I found him to be exceptionally easy to

work with. He has an exceedingly calm demeanor. His 

personality is one of that reassures you and makes you feel

confident in his skills.

He has done quite a number of projects for me over this last 15 

years. in every instance, he was trustworthy, punctual and 

dependable. He is very open to design changes and his quality of 

work is very good. 

I trust Fernando. This is a phrase I do not toss around freely.

He is fair, fairly priced and honest and a pleasure to have on my 

projects.

I highly recommend Fernando and his workers. I would never 

consider going to anyone else for a construction project without 

talking to Fernando first.
